We have an Idea?!?!? ... A new idea ...

After spending the last 6 years working on travel related web sites I thought I would do the unthinkable and listen to our visitors, something I normally leave to our marketing team, after all who knows more about the web and what people want more then the webmaster (me) ;-) . Finding myself with a little time on my hands I took a look at some of my existing travel web sites and the visitor trend stats and I was a little amazed ... based on the results I found I decided to start asking friends and family for their views.

After a few weeks, with my tail between my legs, I realised that I had not been giving my visitors what they wanted ... well not 'what they wanted' but maybe more to the case of giving them something different that was staring me (and every other travel web site) in the face.

So the Bookngo.com idea was born ... but to try and avoid errors in this new web development I have decided that I will document all ideas and development in a blog and on twitter to get feed back for you - my visitors.
